Emma’s Trip to Lowe Elementary.

 - by admin

Emma’s Trip to Lowe Elementary was fun. We learned linoleum isn’t fun for her to walk on and that she likes attention! The kids at Lowe were raising money to help Haiti. The teacher who’s jug had the most money had to kiss a pig! Each class decorated a jug or container to put their pennies in. I think they turned out great!

This one was my personal favorite.

Emma waited in a separate room, where she snacked and napped.

I am not to sure who thought it was more fun, the parents, teachers or the students.

After all the fuss Emma chose to take another nap.

Emma.

So, when photographing a piglet….expect it to be similar to the most hyperactive 2 year old you have ever seen. She tried to nurse the apple at one point.

Between following her human mommy around she did acknowledge my existence.

I knew she was going to be a runner, so this was my solution to keep her in one spot. She didn’t mind much, once she figured out she could root and eat in the lettuce.

This was right about when I knew she was done…she gave me this look and then started running off to chew on (human) mommies crocs. She loves Croc Shoes!

The Chamber Jeffersontown: Annual Dinner

Everything was so well put together, it was amazing!

Ladyfingers made the yummiest foods. I swear the potatoes and salad are the best I ever have had. I will have to admit I didn’t have any of the cake, I am not a huge fan of chocolate.

Everyone who attended had a chance to taste a selection of Bourbon.

I even learned a bit, I didn’t know that Bourbon didn’t achieve it’s brown color until it is stored in the barrels.

Gov. Steve Beshear was the keynote speaker, you could not help but listen to him, he just draws you in.

I am still in love with the backdrop to the main stage. It is/was so vibrant! Mane Event Decorators did a fantastic job dressing/decorating the building.

It was a pleasure to photograph this event for the Chamber, everyone was a pleasure to work with!
